Shipping Policy

Every Echoes of Motion piece is made to order in Britain, printed and finished with care before it makes its way to you. The notes below explain how and when your order will arrive.

Processing times

As our fine art prints and apparel are produced individually to order, please allow 3–5 working days for your item to be prepared before dispatch. During busy periods this may extend slightly; where that is the case, we will let you know.

United Kingdom delivery

UK orders are sent on a tracked service and typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Delivery timescales and any charges are confirmed at checkout.

International delivery

We are pleased to ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–14 working days from dispatch, though this can vary with local postal services and customs. Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel to its destination.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

Delivery responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the point of order, as we are unable to redirect a parcel once dispatched. Responsibility for goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
